Club Directions

Brayton Belles

Brayton Community Centre, Fox Hill Lane, Brayton, Selby
From York, follow A19 towards Selby. Continue on new Selby by-pass and follow signs for Brayton, turning off at the second roundabout after the bridge. Continue into Brayton village, past the traffic lights and a garage on the left then take the second turning on the left (Fox Hill Lane). The Community Centre is situated approx. 200 yards on the right.

For Brayton College keep going past Fox Hill lane. Continue past Brayton church to College situated 500 yards on left.

From Hull

Turn off M62 junction 36 (Goole turn off)onto A614 towards Snaith
At roundabout take 2nd exit onto A645 (towards Drax power station)
At roundabout take 1st exit still on A645 towards Camblesforth
At roundabout take 2nd exit onto A1041 towards Selby
At roundabout take 1st exit (selby bypass) towards Brayton
At roundabout take 3rd exit A19 into Brayton.
cross over traffic lights pass garage on left hand side and take 2nd turn off onto Fox Hill lane
Brayton Community centre is straight ahead.

Bishopthorpe

Moor Lane, Bishopthorpe, York
From the A64, take the Tadcaster Road (A1036) towards York. Follow the signs for Bishopthorpe and you will enter the village on Sim Balk Lane. Turn right at the T-junction in the village. Follow this road over the bridge and take the second turning on the right after the bridge. This is Moor Lane.
Toilets and changing rooms are not available at the ground, but are available in the village. Please ask for directions when confirming fixtures.


Brayton Belles

Brooklyn

Old Malton Football Club, Old Malton Road, Malton
From York, take the A64 towards Malton. Follow the signs for Malton town centre. Continue straight on at the traffic lights in the centre of Malton. At the mini-roundabout turn right into the football ground. The pitch is at the end of the lane.


Copmanthorpe

Copmanthorpe Primary School, Low Green, Copmanthorpe
Park at Copmanthorpe Recreation Centre, not the school.
From York city centre, take the Tadcaster Road and follow the signs for Copmanthorpe. After entering the village on Top Lane, turn left into Horseman Lane continuing into Main St. Turn left opposite the Post Office into St Giles Way then left again into Barons Crescent. The entrance to the Recreation Centre is on your left.
From the south, take the A64 and turn off at the York ring road. At the roundabout take the fourth exit (Copmanthorpe). Continue on this road (Manor Heath) as it skirts the village and bends to the left, becoming School Lane. Turn right into Main St – then as above.


Garforth

Garforth Community College, Lidgett Lane, Garforth, Leeds
From York: Take the A64 towards Leeds, then A1(M) southbound and follow signs for Leeds (M1). Exit at junction 47 signposted A642 Garforth. At the roundabout take the second exit which is the A642 towards Garforth. After passing Garforth Station take the third turning on the left into Lidgett Lane. The Community College is on the left after about half a mile.
From Selby, take the A63 towards Leeds, turning off the A1 at the Boot and Shoe public house. At the roundabout, go straight on towards Leeds. Ignore the first turning to Garforth, then, after about half a mile, take the next right into Lidgett Lane. The Community College is immediately on the right.
Parking and toilets will be available at the college on match days.

Hamilton

Little Knavesmire, Knavesmire Road, York
The ground is close to York Racecourse. From the south, take the Tadcaster Road into York and continue past the racecourse. Turn right into Knavesmire Road. The clubhouse is on your left after 100 metres. Park on the left hand side of Knavesmire Road.


Heworth

Heworth Cricket Club, Elm Park Way, Heworth, York
From the A64 roundabout where the dual carriageway ends and the northern ring road starts, take the road towards the City Centre. Continue past the Monks Cross roundabout for half a mile, then turn left into Straylands Grove, then left again into Elm Park Way. The ground is right at the end of the road.
From York City Centre, follow the Malton Road towards Scarborough (A64) until you reach Monk Stray. Just past the golf club, turn right into Straylands Grove, then as above.


Pickering

Thornton Dale Sports Club
From York, follow A64 to Malton then A169 to Pickering. Take the first right turning signposted Thornton Dale. The ground is on the right as you enter the village, but before you reach the centre. Please park at the National Trust car park.


Pontefract

Willow Park Junior School, Harewood Avenue, Pontefract, W. Yorkshire WF8 2ES
Travel south on the A1 (currently under construction as motorway) as far as Ferrybridge. Take the A628 towards Pontefract town centre. Opposite the castle, turn left into Baghill Lane. After crossing the railway line, take the next right into Harewood Avenue. Please check with club for details of parking.


Poppleton

Poppleton JFC, Millfield Lane, Nether Poppleton
Take the York ring road as far as Poppleton Park roundabout, near the Honda garage. Take the turning towards Poppleton, turning right after 100 yards. Turn right again into Millfield Lane, passing under the ring road. Poppleton's ground is about 200m on the right hand side. There is a car park inside the ground.


Rawcliffe

Bumper Castle, Wigginton Road, York
Take the Helmsley road from the centre of York or the City Centre road from the Wigginton/Helmsley roundabout on the ring road. Coming out of York the ground is on the left just before the Bumper Castle public house.
Please note there are no toilets or changing rooms at the ground. Please ask for alternative arrangements when you confirm your fixtures.


Sherburn

Finkle Hill Recreation Ground
From York, take the A64 towards Leeds. At Tadcaster, take the A162 towards Sherburn-in-Elmet. On the outskirts of Sherburn you will come to a roundabout. Go straight on and after 250 metres there is a millennium beacon on the left. This marks the entrance to the ground.

Tadcaster

The Ings, Tadcaster
From York, follow A64 into Tadcaster. Follow the road over the river into the middle of town. Turn left by the jewellers before the John Smith's Brewery. Follow the road round to the left and park by the main Albion ground.
Toilets and changing rooms are available at the Tadcaster Albion ground. It is then a short walk across the ings to the pitches.


Tockwith

Tockwith Sports Field, Tockwith Lane, Tockwith YO26 7PX
From York take the B1224 towards Wetherby. Continue straight through Rufforth and Long Marston. Just after the village of Bilton, turn right towards Tockwith. As you enter Tockwith village, immediately turn left into Southfield Lane and park outside Tockwith Primary School. The pitches are opposite the school and can be accessed through a gate situated at the entrance to Southfield Lane.
From Leeds, continue on the A1 past Wetherby and take the B1224 towards York. After the village of Bickerton, ignore the first turning for Tockwith and Cattal and take the next turning left for Tockwith. Then as for York directions.


Wiggington

Mill Lane Playing Fields, Mill Lane, Wigginton
From York, follow Wigginton Road to ring road. From ring road follow road towards Helmsley for about a mile. Turn right into Mill Lane towards Wigginton village. The playing fields are down a drive to your left after about 100 yards. Park by the squash club and walk down to the playing fields. Toilets and changing facilities are available by the pitches.


Woodthorpe

Woodthorpe School, Summerfield Road, Woodthorpe, York
From the A64, take the York western ring road (A1237) near Copmanthorpe and then the first turning right, towards Woodthorpe. This is Moor Lane. Take the fourth turning on the left into Grassholme. Follow the road round into Ryecroft. After a small chicane in the road, turn right into Summerfield Road. Woodthorpe School is on the right.

York College

York College, Sim Balk Lane, Tadcaster Road, York
From the centre of York, take the Tadcaster Road and continue past Tesco's and the first entrance to York College. Turn left towards Bishopthorpe at the traffic lights. This is Sim Balk Lane. Turn left into York College grounds after 100 metres.
From the A64, take the Askham Bar turning towards York. Turn right towards Bishopthorpe at the second traffic lights into Sim Balk Lane


York Railway

York Railway Institute Sports Ground, New Lane, Acomb, York
From the outer ring road take the B1224 York road towards Acomb. At the traffic lights continue straight on through Acomb for approximately half a mile. Just after West Bank Park and before Holgate Methodist Church, turn right into New Lane. At the T junction, go straight across Hamilton Drive and through the gates into the ground.
