Charter Standard

What is Charter Standard

The Belles receiving the FA Charter standard from Leeds Ladies manager & WRFA development officer Julie Chipchase

Brayton Belles have been presented with the FA charter Standard club award.

To achieve this prestigious award the Belles had to show that the club met several criteria. These included having a child protection policy in place, FA qualified coaches, first aid cover, high standard facilities and equipment and a club constitution.

The Belles, who were founded only three and a half years ago, are one of only a few all girls clubs to achieve this award.

Paul Thompson said our club is based on enjoying football. We encourage girls of all abilities to play in our seven teams.

Everyone in the club has contributed to this award showing a fantastic team spirit in the process.
Leeds United Ladies manager Julie Chipchase said that the club have come along way in such a short time. They are a text book club.
